Chemical Compounding

This project entailed the conversion of a warehouse to a facility for the manufacture of specialty chemicals. It featured the installation of tall engineered partitions, containment pits for chemical spills, and the addition of concrete ramps and parking areas. The plumbing and electrical systems were upgraded to suit the new requirements. The owner had a move-in deadline and the work was completed in 6 weeks.

Plant Closure. The purpose of this project was to bring the building back to original condition prior to tenant taking occupancy. Work consisted of patching the roof and ceiling where machinery had been removed. Infills were made to exterior tilt-up walls where the conduit and sleeves had been removed.

Prepare building for plant closure and sale. Coordinated with removal of custom food processing line. Work included cleaning 20' in diameter by 40' tall wheat storage silos and the patching of holes left by equipment.
